  5. These are the listings from the December/January 1991/1992 issue of
  6. PC TECHNIQUES, Volume 2, #5.
  7.  
  8. We place *no* restrictions on the distribution or use of the source code
  9. published in the magazine.  Please add it to your user group library or
  10. BBS file archives.  Pass it along to your friends.  Make sure that anyone
  11. who might conceivably find the code useful will get it.

  13. Tom Swan's column listings are contained in their own .ZIP file,
  14. DLG.ZIP.  This includes a number of things not printed in the column
  15. itself.  If you're interested in TPW, please unzip this file and look
  16. it over!

  18. Similarly, the listings for the "Turbo Vision TSRs" article are contained
  19. in .ZIP file TVTSR.ZIP.  There's extra information here, too.

  21. Chris Nelson's PCL database is in a third .ZIP file, PCL.ZIP.

  23. PC TECHNIQUES SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
  24.  
  25. Subscription rates are $21.95 per year (6 issues) in the US; $29.95
  26. per year to Canada (in US funds) and $39.95 overseas, again in US funds
  27. drawn on a US bank.  Two year subscriptions are available for $37.95
  28. in the US; $53.95 to Canada, and $73.95 overseas. (A $63.95 rate
  29. previous published for two-year overseas subs is incorrect.)  We accept
  30. personal and company checks, money orders, and Visa and Mastercard.
  31. Also note that overseas and Canada subscriptions should be paid for
  32. in US funds drawn on a US bank.  Otherwise, currency conversion and
  33. foreign bank collection fees can amount to as much as $20, which
  34. obviously won't work out for a $20 or $30 subscription.

  40. We want your HAX!  You don't have to be a published writer.  You just
  41. have to get your concept down as best you can in short form, along with
  42. small amounts of code.  Think small!  HAX should fit on a single magazine
  43. page.  You shouldn't send more than 50 or so lines of code with a HAX, nor
  44. more than 400 or 500 words.  We pay $25 for each one we publish.
